Develops and implements sales strategies in a territory, or a specified geographic area to meet or exceed revenue/margin expectations. Very knowledgeable of complete line of ITW PSNA Roofing and Waterproofing products and services and clients' issues and needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, create and support revenue growth in region
  • Make calls to prospect new customers and generate leads by ones-self, meet with distributors, prospective contractors, architects, and building owners
  • Work with new and existing customers to solve problems utilizing a suite of industrial grade, branded sealants and coatings in commercial roofing and waterproofing
  • Provide training to distributors and contractors on proper application of current and any new ITW PSNA Roofing and Waterproofing systems
  • Provide product support in the field
  • Work with Tech Services product specifications, product performance and customer support
  • Work with Marketing to create regional projects
  • Gain an in depth knowledge of Roofing & Waterproofing products, systems, guidelines and product data, etc.
  • Report to manager in outlined time
  • Follow ITW Polymers Sealants North America’s policies and procedures


  • No fear of heights
  • Willingness and physical ability to climb up and down 40’ ladders multiple times daily
  • Willingness and physical ability to train roofing and waterproofing crews on jobsites
  • Willingness and ability to work outdoors for extended periods
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. occasionally
  • Willingness to travel for extended periods of time, a minimum of 60%
  • Team player, self-motivated, good communicator and goal orientated
  • Valid driver's license


Required Education

  • High School degree or equivalent
  • 4 year degree or minimum of 3 years of experience in outside sales in construction industry
